January OLLI Meeting

Come join us for the January OLLI meeting which will be held on Sunday, the 20th, at 10:00 AM in the College Nine and Ten Multipurpose Room at UCSC. At 11:00 Professor Carlos Dobkin will present an overview of recent work he has done on the effects of the minimum legal drinking age (MLDA) on alcohol consumption. He will also present his findings on the effect of the MLDA on mortality rates and arrest rates and discuss the implications of these findings for alcohol control policy.
