About Intro to All-Grain Homebrewing

Whether you are an experienced all-grain brewer looking to refine your technique, ready to embark into all-grain brewing after several malt extract batches, or totally new to brewing, this class will have something for you.

Seven Bridges Brewer Brooks Schmitt (previously of Boonville Cider House) will brew a 5 gallon all-grain batch of our Seven Bridges Red Ale using our homemade system. He’ll discuss equipment, cleaning and sanitation, mash efficiency, sparging, fermentation factors and cultivating a starter, storage and bottling. Originally self-taught, Brooks has had his technique refined through co-brewing with more experienced brewers, and welcomes all-levels of brewers to attend and grow as a brewer.

Your $35 ticket includes watching and participating in a 5 gallon all-grain brew with an experienced brewer and beer tasting.
