About Immune Building Yoga Workshop

Seasonal shifts can have a strong impact on our lives as changing temperatures and weather taxes our bodies. In addition, holidays commitments and sugary foods might leave us feeling unwell. Fortunately, our yoga practice can respond to these changing conditions.

In this workshop, we’ll look at the anatomy of the immune system and explore postures that promote deep nourishment on many levels.

Expect a practice that:

-balances dynamic and passive postures
-uses props as we build toward supported inversions.
