Hope you can join us for the following two cohesive workshops to explore ideas of how this ancient yogic philosophy of living in connection to divine source applies to our current practice. We will practice using asana to harness and direct our energy exactly where we need it most. We will work with mantra and visualization meditations that will elevate our consciousness to new, more vast/expansive perspectives. Pranayama or breath work will be weaved through our practices to further fine tune and align our consciousness to our ultimate everlasting connection to Self.
