Give Back Speaker Series: Project Pollinate

The "Give Back Speaker Series" is moving forward with a presentation from Drew Glover with Project: Pollinate. Designed to operate as a bridge between community resources, organizations and activators in order to maximize their efficiency as well as inform the public about the services that are available to them.

We believe that here at Garfield Park Community we should not be a place, a building, a service, or a gathering, but rather a movement of wholeness in a fragmented world. We desperately want to invite people of all faiths, or no faith at all to join us in our mission in making a positive impact in this place we call home. That is why we are changing how we gather. Starting Oct 16th we will use our Sunday Morning Services twice a month, to highlight community service organizations, organizations for social/racial justice and service efforts. These groups will share what they do in the community and we will also raise funds for their efforts, and try to generate volunteers as well.
