Free Talk Homeless Garden Project & Qi Gong Event

Mike Arenson who has volunteered for over three years cooking for our trainees and volunteers will share his story about Homeless Garden Project and how it is relative to our community.
Nick Loffree of Bionic Qigong, will teach a free 45 minute Qi Gong Class. He is a teacher of Mindful Movement for Self Healing. Specializing in Chinese Energy Medicine, or Qigong, Nick is a Senior Instructor with the world-renowned school, Holden Qi Gong, as well as a Qigong Instructor with Silicon Valley's premiere mindfulness destination, 1440 Multiversity.
