Our food & wine pairings feature the wine club release, with a specialty food pairing prepared by Tanya DeCell of Original Sin Catering LLC?. Wine flight featuring new, past & feature releases. A 3 course appetizer menu with a guided tasting and light lecture on varietals, winemaking & pairings.
