Family Sangha

Parents, come take care of yourself with some quiet meditation time! Adults will meet in the main room for about 40 minutes of silent meditation, followed by 15 minutes of discussion about mindful parenting. Childcare will be available in a separate room. Children of all ages are welcome. Older kids should bring a book if they don't want to play with the little ones. Quiet babies are welcome in the parents’ room. We accept donations to help cover the cost of childcare.

This event will usually happen on the first Sunday of every month from 10:30 am-12 pm at Insight Santa Cruz. Please help spread the word by inviting friends and posting to relevant groups. We are hoping to create a vibrant community of families who value meditation, connection and fun! Come join us!
