About Fall Into Bliss: Restorative Yoga

Fall into Bliss with Lisa Marie RYT-500, Reiki, CST

When the seasons change, our bodies require a realignment. We may feel more tired, especially during fall as we head into winter. It’s important that our Yoga practices support our natural rhythmys, so that we keeping coming home to our bodies and finding balance.
This Fall Bliss Restorative Yoga Workshop will be deeply nourishing. Together we will give ourselves through practice ample time to rest and digest the change of the season.

Together we will receive a Fall Restorative Yoga Sequence, Meditation, Pranayama, and teachings on Embodiment.
You will leave fully blissed, connected, open, calm, and restored.
