Donation-based Yoga at Hotel Paradox

The Yoga for All Movement or YFAM, invites you to poolside community yoga at Hotel Paradox every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. YFAM is a Santa Cruz nonprofit providing accessible yoga to incarcerated, recovering, and at-risk youth and adults. Their all-volunteer team of local yogis believe everyone should be able to benefit from the healing power of yoga regardless of ability to pay. You are invited to join them for community yoga at Hotel Paradox, located on 611 Ocean Street in Santa Cruz.

All are welcome and mats are provided.
