Curtis & Loretta in concert

Fiddling Cricket & Canyon Acoustic Society present Curtis & Loretta in concert. This Minneapolis folk singer-songwriter duo is doing a 6 week tour to the West Coast in support of their new CD, "When There's Good to Be Done." Loretta wrote all the songs about real-life people who overcame great obstacles in their lives. Amazing stories, extraordinary harmonies, and an array of stringed instruments, including folk harp, mandocello, guitars, banjo and ukulele. An interesting side note - Curtis Teague and Loretta Simonet first met each other near the cement ship on the beach in Aptos, in 1977. They got their start performing on the mall in Santa Cruz. Nowadays, they put countless miles on their mini-van, criss-crossing the country, presenting concerts for their loyal fans from coast to coast.
