Shefali Tsabary, PhD, is an international speaker, acclaimed author, and creator of the groundbreaking Conscious Parenting approach—which Oprah Winfrey has endorsed as revolutionary and life-changing. Dr. Shefali’s blend of clinical psychology and Eastern mindfulness sets her apart as a leader in the field of mindfulness psychology. Her New York Times best-selling books include The Conscious Parent and The Awakened Family.

Dr. Shefali will be leading two immersive programs at 1440 Multiversity: A Deep Dive into Conscious Parenting from April 20 – 22, 2018; and a Silent and Guided Meditation Retreat from April 22 – 25, 2018.

Dan Siegel, MD, is an internationally acclaimed author, award-winning educator, and renowned psychiatrist, best known for his work addressing the intersection of human relationships with basic biological processes. His most recent book, coauthored with Tina Payne Bryson, is The Yes Brain: How to Cultivate Courage, Curiosity, and Resilience in Your Child.

Dr. Siegel will be teaching Cultivating Stress Resilience at 1440 Multiversity from April 20 – 22, 2018, with Elissa Epel, PhD.
