Craft beer & mole: 1st Saturdays at CBC

Through October, we'll be serving food at Corralitos Brewing Co. every 1st Saturday of the month!

Service starts at 3 PM and runs until 8 PM unless we sell out sooner. Tickets are not required, but by RSVPing you help us plan accordingly with our food prep.

Monthly menu is subject to change. Vegetarian and vegan options are always available.

On the menu
Mole nachos: a bed our of handmade tortilla chips with your choice of shredded chicken and/or roasted veggies and topped with our signature mole sauce & mole queso sauce, and garnished with diced fresh tomatoes & pickled jalapeño.

Mole bowls: this layered dish starts with a bed 7 ancient grains followed by protein (meat and/or veggies). Then add one or more mole sauce options. Lastly, we top it off with sautéed greens.

Cactus & kale salad (our recipe was published last summer in Edible Monterey Bay—this is a must-try!): Nopales and red onion marinated in our lemon-garlic dressing then tossed with kale, tomatoes, diced fresh jalapeno, and chopped cilantro.

What is mole? One way to think of it is the Mexican version of a curry made with a variety of nuts, seeds, and spices. Many people know mole as a chocolate sauce, but cacao is one of the many ingredients found in some moles. Our mole has 25 ingredients!
