Cooking Class: Classic Italian Desserts

Join us for a day of classic Italian desserts with certified Master Baker Stephany Buswell.
Chef Stephany, who was a finalist this past holiday season on the Food Network's Holiday Baking Championship, is coming to the kitchen at Food Lounge to teach you how to make everyone's favorite Italian pastries. You will learn how to make a classic cannoli with ricotta cheese filling, traditional tiramisu with rum coffee and mascapone, and an Italian cassata cake. We will share all the desserts in class, and each person will take home all 3 desserts to feed and share with their families.
