Community Writers Features Author Clifford Henderson

Clifford Henderson, author of four published novels, The Middle of Somewhere, Spanking New, Maye’s Request and Rest Home Runaways, is the featured reader at this month's Community Writers gathering. Henderson has received a Foreword Magazine Gold Medal Book of the Year, an Independent Publisher’s Book Award, a Golden Crown Literary Award, a Rainbow Award, and several Lesbian Fiction Reader’s Choice Awards.

Local poets and authors are also invited to read their original work at open mic. Sign-ups are before the gathering. Writers of all ages and genre are welcome. Readers have about five minutes depending on the number of sign-ups.
