About California Native Habitat Garden Planting

The Watershed Stewards Program is sheet mulching, and installing a native plant garden at Calabasas Elementary School near Corralitos Creek. Planting with the help of the local community will educate people about the importance of native plants and encourage them to remove their lawns at home.
Learn about the benefits of native California plants, how to mulch, and install your own garden at home! Get information on how to join the City of Watsonville Lawn Replacement Rebate Program.
