Beer Pairing with Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing

Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing (SCMB) and Friends In Cheeses Jam Company (FICJC) will team up to lead a creative pairing event sure to get your taste buds dancing. Beer and jam pair surprisingly well. A custom jam created for SCMB, “Giant DIPA Jam,” and jam flavors from their FICJC’s Drought Responsible line, will bring out unexpected flavors when paired with organic brews from SCMB including Giant DIPA and Boardwalk Blonde. SCMB’s ales are neither filtered, pasteurized, radiated, nor brewed with any genetically modified ingredients. Cheese will also be included in the pairings.
