Become a Tutor to a Motivated Adult

Do you want to change lives through literacy? Then join the Literacy Program of the Volunteer Center of Santa Cruz County for a free one-hour orientation to learn more about becoming a tutor to a motivated adult learner. No teaching or foreign language skills necessary, just a desire to be of service. The orientation provides the perfect opportunity to determine if this is good volunteer fit for you. The Literacy Program will provide tutors with the right training to help their students achieve success in their daily lives and deepen their community connections.
