Basic Wire Work Jewelry Class

Basic Wire Work Jewelry Class, Sunday February 22nd 1-5pm and March 29th 1-5pm
Prerequisite: Basic Stringing Jewelry Class or similar experience (talk to instructor)
Enhance your jewelry designs with wire in this introductory wire working class. You will learn basic loop making techniques including simple loops & wire wrapped loops. You will also learn how to wrap a Briolette & some earring construction techniques. You will be introduced to various wire tools and learn about the different gauges of wire & some of their uses. We will also discuss some basic design principles. You will design & create one or two pieces in class. All basic materials are provided, including inexpensive beads, base metal findings & wire. You are encouraged to bring your own tools, beads & wire, if you have them. Tools will be available for use in class.
4-hour class $60

I do require pre-registration for all of my classes. You must sign up by sending me a check for the class fee(s), so that I receive it no later than the day before the class date. You can either mail the check to me or you can leave a check at Scotts Valley Artisans.
