Balance Health of Ben Lomond Offers Free weekly lecture on Addiction

FREE ADDICTION LECTURE SERIES

Ben Lomond, CA: Dr. Amy Solomon, Board Certified Addiction Specialist and Family Doctor, will be offering a weekly lecture on Addiction starting Monday 1/23/17 at 6:30 at her office in Ben Lomond, 231-A Main Street. The first lecture will be “Addiction 101: An Overview”

Other topics will include Neurobiology for Everybody, Sleep Issues, What Drugs of Abuse and Alcohol Really do to your Body, Managing Chronic Pain in the setting of addiction, Integrative Strategies to treat addiction and more. Lectures will run about 60 minutes with time for questions. We have 11 lectures planned and will be offering them on a rotating schedule throughout the year as interest from the public permits. This information is useful for those challenged by Addiction, their loved ones, and especially health practitioners of any type who want the latest information presented in a simple and scientific way.
