3rd Annual Zee TV Desi Comedy Festival

Bay Area-based Indian-born comedians, Samson Koletkar and Abhay Nadkarni, will present The 3rd Annual Desi Comedy Fest, an 11-day stand up comedy extravaganza taking place at comedy clubs and theaters in 9 cities throughout Northern California: San Francisco, Berkeley, Mill Valley, San Jose, Union City, Kenwood, Livermore, Santa Cruz, and Sacramento. The festival, the largest of its kind in the US, runs August 11-21 and features South Asian comedians from 9 countries: US, UK, Canada, Australia, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, China, and the United Arab Emirates. This year’s 50 comedians come from 9 countries and diverse ethnic backgrounds: Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Afghani, Iranian, Caribbean, Korean, and Chinese.
