About 1440 Multiversity Discovery Weekend
Join us for our new limited-time offering and make this a summer you won’t forget.
1440 Discovery Weekend program sessions are $325, plus the cost of accommodations.
Expert teachers guide a combination of activities and classes designed to help you tap into what brings you most alive, explore the edges of your potential, access innate wisdom and intuition, and learn tools to enhance your everyday life.
With healthy, delicious meals, 75 acres of campus to explore, and the chance to step out of your usual routine, you’ll have fun while discovering what energizes and restores you.
What to expect:
Arrival Day — Friday
Rooms will be ready by 4:00 pm, and you can check in as early as 2:15 pm and leave your luggage at reception, so come whenever you can!
After checking in, head out and explore the trails, stop by Common Grounds café for some gelato, or enjoy a movement or meditation class before your first delicious supper. Chef Kenny works wonders with local ingredients and savory real-food recipes.
Dinner is followed by a Welcome Session where participants can gather and get to know each other.

Opening Night Welcome Session with the Group
Saturday Morning
Wake up and greet each day you’re here however you’d like. Are you drawn to meditate or walk in the forest? Looking to join a rejuvenating yoga, tai chi, or qigong class? Maybe today’s the day for quiet writing or reading. You can work out at the Fitness Center…or relax in the steam room and then soak in the infinity-edge tub overlooking the redwoods. Or how about some deep sleep?
Early-light movement or meditation class or choose from campus-wide activities**
Breakfast at Kitchen Table (7:00 – 9:00 am)
Program Session with the Group
Saturday Afternoon
After lunch, you have unscheduled time—perfect for having a massage or nourishing body treatment (additional fees apply) at the Healing Arts center, chilling at the Redwood Cathedral or labyrinth, taking a nap, browsing campus shops, or meeting a friend for tea or a glass of wine. Then we’ll reunite for an afternoon program session, or you can take one of the other on-campus classes 1440 offers.

Saturday Evening
Wind down with a delectable dinner at Kitchen Table, dining al fresco as dusk settles in the redwoods. What do you feel like for the evening? Soak in the in?nity-edge tub, gather with friends under the stars, or enjoy evening events which may include speaking engagements, poetry readings, and musical performances.

Evening Events
Departure Day – Sunday
On your final day with us, you can sleep in a bit or join the group for an early-light class before the final closing session. Then, checkout is at 12 noon, and lunch is included, so you can savor one last delish meal before heading home.
