Technicolor Faces at The Blue Lagoon on January 6th.
Once again some bright eyed and bushy tailed new comers are getting some stage time at The Blue Lagoon this Wednesday night. This UCSC classic/psychedelic rock power trio has “been to many places weird sporting technicolor faces” and they will be adding another one to their belt this week. Come on down and see some fresh musical talent before they get chewed up and spit out by the musical machine. 9pm, 21+, $5 at the door.
Chuck Prophet and the Mission Express at The Crepe Place on January 7th
After having music featured in Showtime’s “Californication”, and recording with the likes of Warren Zevon, these guys are fresh off of recording their brand new album “Night Surfer” in Chuck’s hometown of San Francisco, CA. The Mission Express will be bringing their own Bay Area brand of rock to The Crepe Place this Thursday night, come get down. $15 in advance and $20 at the door.
